Order processing: Orders via rootwell.nl are processed and shipped by our logistics partner Monta, from the distribution center in Bleskensgraaf. Orders placed before [time, e.g., 4:00 PM] on a business day will be processed on the same or the next business day.

Delivery area: Rootwell currently only ships within the Netherlands. Expansion to other countries will be announced here as soon as it becomes available.

Carrier and delivery time: Expected delivery time: 2–4 business days within the NL.

Track & Trace: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace details via email.

Damaged or incorrect shipments: Did you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or is something missing? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via klantenservice@rootwell.nl, preferably with a photo of the product and packaging. We will resolve this free of charge (replacement or refund). This right is separate from the right of withdrawal and is not limited by the hygiene exception.
